Hazelmere Infrastructure Gateway to Growth

Wednesday, 13 April 2016

Mandoon Estate & Homestead Brewery, Caversham WA

More than a decade ago the WA Planning Commission identified Hazelmere as “WA’s prime freight origin-destination and road/rail intermodal freight transport hub” (Kewdale-Hazelmere Integrated Masterplan, 2006). But today the beating heart of our state’s heavy haulage sector is struggling to keep up with widespread industry growth putting existing road and rail infrastructure under significant strain.

You’ll hear from business, government and industry leaders about regional infrastructure priorities and plans needed to throw open the region’s gateway to economic growth.

You’ll also gain exclusive insights into the infrastructure projects, such as Gateway WA, currently under construction in the area.
